Afrobeat sensation Davido has revealed that his business and career tend to suffer whenever he has conflicts with his wife, Chioma. 


Recently, Davido has been in the spotlight as he shared insights about his music career, marital life, and relationships with fellow industry members. 


In an interview on the 'Breakfast Club,' he acknowledged that his wife, Chioma Adeleke, plays a crucial role in his success in the music field. 


He explained that whenever he engages in an argument with her, his business begins to decline. "My wife has always had a significant influence on me since our youth. Each time I argue with her, something negative occurs in my business. If I fight with her, she will respond, 'So you want to argue with me? Your album is on the way. Do you really want to do this?' She possesses a unique grace over me."


Discussing Chioma's relationship with his children from previous relationships, Davido mentioned that his kids, particularly his daughter Hailey, have a strong affection for her. 


"My children adore her, especially my daughter. There were moments when I hesitated to introduce my kids to her, but we have all grown together." 


He added, "Before our marriage, we were together for 11 years. We met in school, transitioning from being girlfriend and boyfriend to husband and wife. I was 18, and she was 17 when we completed our education together."
